To avoid erroneous conclusions Salvation statements can be safely made with clarity in the context of scripture with scriptural support.
MY DECLARATION:
Salvation is not based upon what you do; it is based 100% upon what Jesus has done.
COULD MY UNQUALIFIED DECLARATION LEAD A
READER TO THIS
CONCLUSION?
"what I do, doesn't matter".
====================
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works,
lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus
unto good works,
which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."
Ephesians 2:8-10
These verses leave no doubt
in the mind of the reader that:
ALTHOUGH I AM NOT SAVED BY GOOD WORKS; I AM SAVED FOR GOOD WORKS !!!
