INSPIRED BY CRM

Dear friends, I had intended to write to you about the salvation we share. But something has come up. It demands that I write to you and encourage you to continue your fight for the Christian faith that was entrusted to God's holy people once for all time. Jude 1:3

Remind believers about these things, and warn them in the sight of God not to quarrel over words. Quarreling doesn't do any good but only destroys those who are listening. 2 Timothy 2:14

....you cannot be my desciple

Whatever I believe can be challenged, I hope it's the same with you

The Jews have a school they call  Yeshiva. There young men wrestle with ideas among themselves. I like that. They are not afraid to fight with thought in the effort to arrive at truth. How about some real wrestling between us? Life is too serious for us to be side-tracked with anything else beside the truth which sets us free."

Jewish tradition holds that students should sit while learning from a master. The word yeshiva, meaning "sitting," therefore came to be applied to the activity of learning in class, and hence to a learning "session."

In the same way, none of you can be my disciples unless you give up everything.<< Luke 14:33 >>

sometimes ideas flood to mind

seemingly incoherent

nevertheless we sow

these thoughts as seed

we can't always

predict the harvest
